This policy applies to the RootNP website at therootnp.com and RootNP-operated website forms, marketing communications, and program inquiries. Separate notices, consents, and agreements may apply if you become a patient or enroll in a service involving clinical care. This policy does not replace any legally required Notice of Privacy Practices.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Webinar and scheduling details: registration, appointment selection, attendance, and communication preferences.
  • Program inquiry details: information a parent or guardian voluntarily shares when asking about NeuroRoot Reset or another program.

Please do not submit detailed medical records, diagnoses, test results, or other sensitive health information through ordinary website contact, marketing, or webinar forms. If clinical information is needed, we will direct you to an appropriate secure intake process.

RootNP uses or plans to use third-party platforms to support website operations and communications, including:

  • Squarespace for website hosting and site features.
  • Calendly for scheduling clarity calls.
  • Zoom for live webinars and online meetings.
  • Amplify DPC / GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, registration forms, reminders, and follow-up workflows as configured.

When you use these features, information may be processed by the relevant service provider under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not represent that an ordinary marketing or scheduling form is a HIPAA-compliant patient portal. Any use of these services for protected health information must be separately assessed and configured with appropriate safeguards and agreements where required.

5. Information about children

RootNP programs may be of interest to parents and guardians of children. Our website registration and inquiry forms are intended to be completed by adults, not by children independently. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review the request.
